What goes up must come down...right?

I weighed myself this morning - 155. I knew it. I knew there was going to be a gain and I even said in my head, "I bet it's going to be 155." It could have been worse. It could have been a LOT worse after the monumental smorgasborg of eating that has been my life the past few weeks.

So now I have 20 pounds to lose. And I have to adjust my goal date. Boo. I simply need to keep moving forward. Baby steps though. My goal is five pounds by February 21st, which is in 2 weeks.

That's it. That's all. I'm a bit down on myself today, so perhaps I'll talk more tomorrow.
